The company has a complete deep-processing production line, which can carry out sawing, drilling, milling, welding, bending and other aluminum profile finishing treatments, and wire drawing, polishing and other treatments on the surface according to customer requirements.
The frame workshop has 14 automatic lines, 10 manual lines, 20 Shanghai YINKAI and weigma manual saws, 8 Chunlei angle saws, 7 groups of Xintong hydraulic presses and 3 sharp hydraulic presses.
The daily output of finished products is about 200000 sets.
